Island City Tattoos is a full Park Heights studio with four tattoo artists and a part-time piercer. Our artists bring different specialties to custom work for every skin tone.
Ray @ray_tattoos founded the studio and remains our lead cover-up artist. He takes most of Island City's cover-up clients and focuses on assessing how an old tattoo can be worked into a new custom design. Cookieman DTM, Papermanctus and Never_basic complete the tattoo team.
